This book is pretty easy to read and understand. It is the THIRD EDITION by Larry J. Siegel and Brandon C. Welsh. My bookstore was selling this book new for I think $120, so I always use Amazon when possible for my used textbooks.

This book was in the condition that Amazon sold it to me in however I did wait for nearly a month to receive it and had to complain to customer service in order to get the book even shipped. I've always had good experiences with Amazon so I'm hoping this was just a one time thing...
